For in-store purchases, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. In the event of a quality issue, we will offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase at the store from where you purchased the item. A receipt must be presented. Please be advised that the following refund and exchange policy apply only to purchases from Rumi Life Online.
REFUND POLICY (ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Rumi Life online. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Returns due to personal reasons:
If you wish to return an item due to personal reasons such as a change of mind, the item not being what you expected, or any other non-defective reason, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Please note that we can only accept returns of items that are in their original condition, unopened, and unused. The item must be in the original packaging with the tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. Cosmetics, undergarments, and jewelry are excluded from our return and exchange policy due to health and safety concerns.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of items that have been used, altered, or damaged after you received them.
Defective or damaged items:
If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will arrange for a return and issue a refund or replacement at no cost to you. We will issue a refund for the cost of the damaged/defective product, minus any original shipping costs. Shipping cost is nonrefundable.
How to initiate a return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number, the reason for your return, and any other relevant information in your request.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the purchase price, minus any shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
EXCHANGE POLICY (ONLY PURCHASES ONLY)
We only exchange items for the same kind if they are defective or damaged. The cost of shipping will be covered on behalf of us, however, we will ask for proof of the faulty product before initiating a replacement order. We do not offer exchanges for a different product.
We do not exchange for personal preference reasons. Please initiate a return and place a new order. Please be reminded that shipping costs in these situations are your responsibility.
